Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Blue Candle Consulting (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") making a purchase on the website www.thewallstreetterminal.com.

The site provides financial market analysis services in the form of information, reports, and technical indicators.


Article 2 – Description of Services

The Provider offers technical analysis services for financial markets, including data, charts, indicators, and reports aimed at informing the Client about market trends and movements.

These services are delivered automatically via the website following a one-time payment by the Client.
This is not a subscription service, and no automatic renewal is applied.
The Client may extend access at any time by completing a new payment through the Pricing page.

No investment advice: The information provided by the Provider does not constitute investment advice, personalized recommendations, or encouragement to buy, sell, or hold financial assets. The Client acknowledges that the analyses are provided for informational purposes only and is solely responsible for any decisions made based on this information. The Provider recommends consulting a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.


Article 3 – Pricing

Service prices are displayed in euros (EUR), taxes included where applicable, on the website. The Provider reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, services will be billed at the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.


Article 4 – Orders and Payment

The Client places an order on the website by selecting the desired service and proceeding to payment.
Payment is made exclusively through the Stripe platform by credit card or any other method accepted by Stripe.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. An invoice is made available to the Client in their user account on the website.

In accordance with Article L221-14-3 of the French Consumer Code, the Client acknowledges that confirming an order implies an obligation to pay, as indicated by the label “Order with obligation to pay”.


Article 5 – Service Delivery

The service is delivered automatically and immediately after payment is confirmed, subject to the availability of the Provider's technical systems.

The Client accesses the service through their personal account on the website. In the event of temporary service unavailability due to technical issues, the Provider will notify the Client as soon as possible.


Article 6 – No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28, 1° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services that are fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, where performance has begun with the Client’s prior express consent and with express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

By purchasing access to the service, the Client agrees that the service will be provided immediately after payment and expressly waives the right of withdrawal.
As a result, no refunds will be issued after the service is delivered.


Article 7 – Liability

The Provider commits to delivering technical analyses based on reliable data but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of the information for the Client's financial decisions.

The Provider cannot be held liable for financial losses or damages resulting from use of the services. The Client uses the services at their own risk.


Article 8 – Personal Data

Personal data collected during the order process is handled in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data is used solely for order management and service delivery. The Client has the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of their data.

Account deletion cannot be performed by the user directly from their personal area. To request account deletion, the Client must contact the Provider using the contact form on the website or by sending an email to:


Article 9 – Intellectual Property

All content provided by the Provider (reports, charts, analyses, etc.) is protected by copyright.

The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Provider.


Article 10 – Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the Client is encouraged to contact the Provider’s customer support at  to seek an amicable resolution.

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Client may contact a certified consumer mediator free of charge.

Article 11 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the Provider’s registered office, unless otherwise required by law.
